Andrew Buigues

Owner

Before he was repairing fryers and refrigeration systems, he was managing profits for store owners as a wine & spirits account executive. His job was to grow their business—and he took that personally. That’s where he learned the #1 rule of business: Customer satisfaction drives everything.

Later, he transitioned into the world of refrigeration—starting at Thermo King in transport units, then moved into residential HVAC, and ultimately found his stride in commercial HVAC and kitchen equipment. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in cold-side systems. From walk-ins and reach-ins to complex rack systems, he has seen it all—and fixed it all. Refrigeration is his specialty, and when it comes to diagnosing and repairing cold-side issues, he brings precision, speed, and a level of insight that only comes from years in the field.

He has spent years working alongside chefs and kitchen crews, learning what matters most to them:
- Equipment that works
- Service they can reach
- Fast, clean, no-drama repairs

His greatest mission, though, is sharing the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is a husband, father of three, and full-time farmhand when he is off the clock. He is blessed beyond belief. Praise God.

Robert Martinez

Service Technician Lead

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the commercial service industry, Robert is a licensed electrician whose expertise spans hot side, cold side, and HVAC systems.

Having worked with major commercial service companies, he’s built a reputation for being the go-to problem solver—especially when it comes to hot side equipment.

Whether it’s a malfunctioning fryer, a downed oven, or a full kitchen outage, Robert has the skills and instincts to troubleshoot quickly and get operations back on track. His electrical background gives him a unique edge, allowing him to tackle complex issues across multiple systems with precision and confidence.

Clients appreciate his efficiency, versatility, and commitment to doing the job right the first time. By combining deep technical knowledge with a practical, solution-oriented approach, Robert consistently saves businesses time, money, and stress.

Matthew Pennington

Service Technician

Matthew brings 5 years of solid hands-on experience as a PM and Service Tech—and just as important, a background in restaurants as a server and bartender.

He knows how chaotic the kitchen gets when something breaks, and he knows how vital our work is to your flow.

Justin Rosario

Service Technician Trainee

Justin is a bright, driven technician with a strong foundation and a clear vision for his future in the commercial equipment and HVAC industry. He joins Cornerstone with three years of experience as a full-time Warehouse Coordinator at one of the Southeast’s leading service companies, where he gained valuable insight into the operations, logistics, and demands of the field.

Ready to take the next step, Justin has completed over 800 hours of advanced HVAC and refrigeration technician training in South Florida, with a focus on commercial service practices. His hands-on education and exposure to real-world service environments have prepared him to transition confidently from the warehouse to the field.

Justin is committed to becoming a well-rounded technician, mastering both hot side and cold side equipment repair, and growing into a leadership role within the Cornerstone team.

As a devoted wife and mother of three, Jessyca is the heartbeat behind the scenes.

She’s committed to helping the family business thrive by delivering exceptional customer service and support. Rooted in her commitment to service, she brings a heart for people and a spirit of excellence to every customer interaction.

Whether she’s triaging calls for the team or assisting customers directly, Jessyca handles the small details that keep everything running smoothly while the crew is onsite.
